Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use, installation, or damage not caused by us.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved in advance.

Returns sent without authorization will be refused and returned to the sender.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (DOA)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 5 days of delivery
- We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund
Failure to report within this window may result in denial of the claim.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used items
- Special orders or custom products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
To obtain a different item, place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).
Refund Processing
- Returns are inspected upon receipt
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Abuse & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse returns from customers with excessive return activity
- Charge additional fees for damaged or incomplete returns
