HOW WE CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT
To earn HP Business Rewards recycling points, a recycling claim must be submitted at hpbusinessrewards.com/recycle. You’ll receive 100 bonus points for submitting your first recycling claim. Recycling claims are monitored by an automated system. Business Rewards will verify returns, and points will be awarded within 5-14 business days. If returning by pallet, you don't need to submit pallet return information online. Points will be automatically applied to your account within 8 weeks from pickup. The number of cartridges submitted for Business Rewards points through the recycling program can't exceed cartridge purchases submitted through Business Rewards
HOW TO RECYCLE YOUR END OF PRINTERS
Through an ongoing initiative with HP Planet Partners, you can now earn Business Rewards points by recycling your end-of-use
HP printers. Getting started is easy, and you’ll earn 10 points for each pound of recycled HP printers, for up to 10,000 points annually.
Here’s how it works:
- Go to Log in with your existing HP Planet Partners account or create a new one.
- Once you’re logged in, select Business Recycling Programs.
- Complete the form to receive your quote and proceed with the order.
- An HP vendor will contact you within 3 business days to arrange collection and/or supply a shipping placard.
- Ship printers to an HP recycling facility.
- HP will let Business Rewards know how many pounds have been recycled and you’ll be notified.
- Your company will earn 10 points for each pound recycled, for up to 10,000 points annually.
- You’ll receive a recycling certificate within one month after the equipment processing.
Please note: You’re responsible for costs related to the consolidation of materials, transportation of less than 1,000 pounds of recycled material per pickup, transportation of packaging, and the Individual Serial Number Disposition Certificate. All other standard services (e.g., transportation of more than 1,000 pounds of recycled material per pickup, hardware recycling, and the Generic Certificate of Destruction) are free of charge
