The Quality of Service (QoS), and Flow Control features automatically prioritises important data for efficient delivery. The Link Status detection feature of the switch saves power by automatically powering down ports that are inactive or not connected, and it supports the IEEE 802.3az Energy-Efficient Ethernet standard.
